Extraction thimbles made from glass microfibres without binder, short- term temperature resistance up to 500 °C, very high particle retention, for dust analysis in hot exhaust gases. Extraction thimbles are often used for holding solid materials, from which certain substances are to be eluted (Extracted) with a suitable solvent. Additionally, Extraction thimbles are used in the fields of air and waste gas analysis for collecting solid particles (dust).
